General Sourcing Terms

• By submitting an Export Quote/Offer via Intl-Businesslink.com, the seller agrees to pay the undersigned sourcing agent a concurred commission on each and every purchase transaction generated from buyers sourced on behalf of the seller.

• All purchase transactions will be made directly between buyer and seller.

To commence sourcing potential buyers and/or the products you require on your behalf, the following information is required:

• Sellers (manufacturers/suppliers) - If you are seeking qualified buyers for your products, please submit the following information:

1. Export Price Quote on a minimum quantity basis (via online form) or;

2. Your Export Offer (via email) including: product description, specifications, terms of sale, port of exit, delivery time, price validity and reserved commission).

Your quotation/offer will then be introduced to potential buyers. Upon receipt of qualified inquiries (request for quotation), you will be notified of their requirements. Once buyer confirms acceptance of your quotation/offer, the buyer will be introduced to you for final negotiation.

• Buyers - If you are seeking products at competitive prices from qualified manufacturers/suppliers, please submit a Request For Quotation . When a qualified manufacturer/supplier (seller) is found, you will be notified with their quotation/offer. Upon receipt of your confirmed acceptance of seller's quotation/offer, the seller will be notified and introduced to you for final negotiation.
