seller agrees to pay the undersigned sourcing agent a concurred commission
on each and every purchase transaction generated from buyers sourced on
behalf of the seller.

purchase transactions will be made directly between buyer and seller.
Procedure:

(manufacturers/suppliers) - Please submit your
Export
Quote/Offer to me. Your
offer will
then be listed at no charge in Intl-Businesslink.com's Export
Offers section under a related existing or newly created category
without revealing your contact information. Upon receipt of qualified inquiries
(request for quotation) from potential buyers, you will be notified of
their requirements. Once buyer confirms acceptance of your quotation/offer, the
buyer will be introduced to you. You then close the sale directly with
the buyer.

Requirements to me. When
a manufacturer/supplier (seller) that meets your requirements is found, you will be notified.
Upon receipt of your
confirmed acceptance of seller's quotation/offer, the seller will be notified and introduced to you.
You will then transact directly with the seller..
