HELKON MOTOR® Ionizers
Helkon Motor generates a powerful magnetic field on the fuel via a unique proprietary technology. When the fuel is under Helkon Motor magnetism, the hydrogen atoms existing in the hydrocarbons are charged so that their relation with oxygen is more effective in the mixing. In addition, the action of the magnetic field upon the fuel, before the oxidation process, reduces bond energy between the atoms composing the fuel molecule: such reduction causes a stronger, and more complete oxidation of the atoms.
The installation of the second Helkon Motor on the fuel return tube is very important, in order to avoid the formation of the mud and to keep clean the fuel circuit and the tank.

Notes:
When selecting a model, take into account the power of the motor.
For "turbo" motors, use the next higher classified model.
For motors with swept volume greater than those indicated in the tables below, the Helkon Motor ionizers will be made according to Client specifications.
All Helkon Motor ionizers indicated in the table are made in aluminum alloy and chromed; therefore they can be installed on all motors including marine motors.
All Helkon Motor ionizers are delivered with installation instructions.

* In the event Helkon Motor ionizers are installed on Diesel engine vehicles, it could arise that there are deposits in the fuel tank. Installing the ionizer on the fuel return line would definately remove the deposits, but should there be a substantial amount of deposits, the filter (placed before the fuel inlet line) could clog. In this case, it is recommended not to use the Helkon Motor ionizer on the fuel return line but to use only one ionizer on the fuel inlet line, installing the ionizer before the fuel injection pump. The Helkon Motor ionizers to be used in this case, are indicated in the following table:
