This has reference to your email for promotion of exports. We came to know for
first time about such services that you propose to render on commission basis.
We are manufacturing Pheromone Traps and Organic Fertilizers/Pesticides for
agricultural use. Planters are appreciating our organic technology to combat
pests since they are witnessing enhanced tolerance/immunity of menacing pests
towards most of the synthetic insecticides. We also trade with Natural Honey,
Tea and Indian Herbs.
Odors are primary mode of communication among insects. Through pheromone traps
we are taking opportunity of this attribute of insects to minimize their
damage in plantation. Pheromone trap consists of suitable trap
frame/structure, specific odors and non-drying sticky coating to be coated
onto trap structure. Principle of pheromone trap is to infatuate the target
insects through specific odors and to attract them towards its source to
finally get trapped onto sticky surface. Pheromone trap is eco-friendly way to
significantly decline the population level of insect pests. Traps are hanged
in vicinity of plants and upon detecting the odor target insects are attracted
towards the source and get caught onto sticky surface.
Our pheromone system consists of suitable trap structures (of bamboo &
plastic sheet), non-drying sticky coating & Helure B. We suggest the
planters to fabricate the trap structures out of bamboo and plastic sheet on
their own to save the cost. Once traps are fabricated we provide Non-drying
Sticky Coating to be painted onto traps and Helure B – aggregation pheromone
to fix it with traps. Upon request we provide detailed pictorial description
of how to fabricate, use our inputs and deploy the trap structures in the
garden.
Our Helure B is an aggregation pheromone and it has to be attached with traps.
Its odor infatuates and attracts adult male & female Tea Mosquito Bugs and
adult moths of Lepidoptera moths e.g. caterpillars, red slug, looper, etc. We
suggest using bright yellow color plastic sheet to fabricate the traps. Yellow
is a versatile visual attractant and attracts many flying insects e.g. Thrip,
Greenflies, Whiteflies, Aphids, Parasitic Wasps, Fungus Gnats, Leafminers,
etc. However predators are not attracted towards yellow color. Our Non-drying
Sticky Coating has to be painted onto traps. Its tack is non-drying and lasts
for many days unless saturated by insects caught and dusts. We repeat, upon
hearing from you we will inform you detailed pictured product and usage
information of pheromone traps.
Our pheromone based trapping system gives control for wide range of flying
insect pests. We suggest deploying 25 traps per hectare in plain area and 50
traps per hectare in hilly area.
With the insect pests evolving strong resistance towards many synthetic
toxicants and increasing environmental constraints we believe you will find
our pheromone technology best suited to combat menacing pests of agricultural
plantations.
